Dear Valued Telma Customer:

Telma has experienced cost increases over last year based on raw material averages, labor cost, new manufacturing process, in addition to some negative effects based on volume related issues (decreased volume demand).  Telma under its ISO system maintains rigorous manufacturing standards in an effort to maintain quality at the most affordable cost, meeting all ISO 16949 & ISO 14001, ISO 18000 manufacturing requirements.  Unfortunately it becomes imperative that Telma initiate a price increase through our distribution chain to help compensate for these changes to our business price model.  This is the first across the board prices increase since 2010, which we are proud of based on synergies from all internal efforts to decrease processes that afforded this, a benefit at the time for all Telma users, but we are at the mercy of economics which require that we move to initiate this increase for 2014.

Effective Friday, January 1st, 2014, all orders submitted will be processed under our new price list.  As always we are committed to investing in our product in an effort to better assist each of you, our customers to become more successful within our mutual product design integrations.  Telma continually strives to provide the latest technology for the frictionless braking market.  As always, our customer service team is available to assist you by taking orders, answering questions, or connecting you to the right people at 1-800-797-7714.
